How long will it take for my order to ship?
Order processing takes 3–5 business days. Standard delivery is about 6–15 business days; timing can extend during peak periods.
Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?
Any duties/taxes charged by local authorities are the recipient’s responsibility.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped with USPS, the address can’t be changed. Cancellation may be possible within ~3 days if unshipped.
I have not received my order
- Review your shipping email carefully.
- Some orders ship in multiple parts.
- Verify the address; if incorrect, check with USPS.
- Look around the delivery area / ask neighbors.
- Check with your local post office.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently accept orders from the United States only.
How long is shipping and delivery?
Orders are verified/packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Typical standard delivery is 6–15 business days.
Returns
Did I receive a faulty style?
Email order number, fault photo, and brief description to prettygirl@hurnty.shop and we’ll assist. Note: loose glitter, sequins, excess threads, or sheerness can be normal by design.
Can I exchange my item?
No direct exchanges. After your return is processed, place a new order for the item you prefer.
How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping cost is covered by the store. Contact us at prettygirl@hurnty.shop for the final return address and include your order info in the package.
Payments
“Transaction cannot be processed” at checkout
This is a generic card error. Double-check card details, or use PayPal’s “Debit/Credit Card” option. You may also try another card or later again.
Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation?
If you saw “Your order has been processed,” the order exists. If no email within a few minutes, check spam/junk or contact us; creating an account lets you view order history.
Is your website secure? What methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed by PayPal (PayFlow); we don’t store card data. We accept PayPal, and you can pay by Visa/MasterCard/Amex via PayPal’s credit/debit option.

Models are about 175 cm tall; most wear Small. See our Size Guide for full measurements.
I AM NOT SURE WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Our models typically wear Size 6–8, Small, or One-Size garments.
You can refer to the charts when selecting sizes, but please note that sizes cannot be guaranteed and might vary slightly between brands.
