Nobody’s perfect, but we always strive to be. In the rare instance that we make a mistake, we want to ensure you have a worry-free after-sales experience.

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by us.
  • Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns for products that are more than 30 days old from the date they were received.
  • Please contact us at service@hurnty.shop to confirm the final return address before sending any item back.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you do not like the item you purchased, you can apply for a return and repurchase the item you want.

Order Cancellation

  • If your order has already shipped: You will receive a refund for the original amount paid, minus a $10 restocking fee (except in the case of an incorrect shipment).
  • If your order has been produced but not yet shipped: You will receive a refund for the original amount paid, minus a $10 restocking fee.

Return Processing Time

We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receiving them at our warehouse. During high-volume periods (especially holidays), processing may be delayed. Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
